Cancellation Policy |
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of the total cost will be charged. |

Holding Fee
We accept bookings by phone, fax, email or direct booking link.
To confirm a booking with us, we require either a cheque or cash deposit of 30% to confirm the booking, or we accept Visa/Mastercard or Amex card numbers which must include the full number, cardholder name as it appears on the card & expiry date.
Please note no charge is made against the card prior to your arrival date unless cancellation charges apply. |
